    The man accused of murdering a father and son who walked through disputed drug territory in Framingham on Friday had previously served a 15-year sentence in Puerto Rico for stealing a police officer's gun, prosecutors said in court Wednesday.
    Aneudy Delgado Torres, 39, of Framingham, was arrested Tuesday at a Marlboro hotel and charged with the murder of James “Manny” Wade, 45, and his son, James Wade, 24, according to Middlesex District Attorney Marian Ryan and Framingham Police Chief Steven Trask.
