SAN ANTONIO, Texas, EE.UU. - Con un ataque al presidente Donald Trump por "una crisis de liderazgo”, el demócrata Julián Castro, que fungió como secretario de Vivienda en el gobierno de Barack Obama, lanzó el sábado su candidatura a las elecciones de 2020, sumándose a la nutrida lista de políticos de su partido que buscan desafiar al actual presidente.
Castro, que podría ser el único latino entre los numerosos aspirantes a la nominación demócrata, hizo de la inmigración el asunto central de su anuncio en su localidad natal, San Antonio, a menos de 320 kilómetros de la frontera con México.
