• Red Sox need to find an answer for Alex Bregman

    Nobody can stop Alex Bregman. The Red Sox don't have anybody who is playing on Bregman's level right now. Mookie Betts was 1-for-4 with a single and left three men on base last night to lower his average to .200 this postseason. J.D. Martinez was 0-for-3 with a strikeout on a check swing and never ran to first base on the third strike passed ball. Chris Sale was not himself. The Red Sox pitching staff walked 10 batters and hit three more, the first time any team has ever done that in a postseason game. And Alex Cora got tossed before the fifth inning. Yuck.
