    TORONTO - Of all the adjectives you'd use to describe Bruce Cassidy as a coach, stubborn doesn't even show up on the radar. In fact, when Cassidy first took over for Claude Julien as coach of the Bruins two-plus years ago, one of the starkest differences between the two coaches was Cassidy's willingness - eagerness, it almost seemed - to switch his lines around when things weren't clicking.
    But so far in this best-of-seven series with the Toronto Maple Leafs which the B's trail 2-1, Cassidy has been unwilling to break up the top line of Patrice Bergeron, Brad Marchand and David Pastrnak...
